Genentech Summer Internship Program

The Department of Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Bioanalytical Assays at Genentech has instituted a new summer intern program targeting graduate students in pharmacological sciences and pharmacy. Consistent with Genentech’s vision for advancing modeling and simulation in drug development, scientists in the department have assembled some exciting projects including:

  • allometry method classification for monoclonal antibodies
  • predictors of response/non-response analysis
  • modeling, and simulation in translational oncology

These projects are limited in scope such that they can be completed during the timeframe of the summer internship, but exciting and challenging enough for any new scientist. These are meaningful projects that are intended to make notable contributions to the drug development process and may lead to publication in peer reviewed journals.

The Genentech summer intern program is a well established company wide program that received many accolades. Students are paid a “real-world” salary while here, and gain invaluable drug development experience. To apply for this internship, Click Here, and search for posting number “1000011317” under Keywords or by going to the careers section of the homepage at www.gene.com.
