Did I Get My Housing Assignment?
We will begin sending out room assignment notifications in June 2008 via the VCU e-mail system. Check your new VCU e-mail in-box for your assignment letter.
Signing Your Contract
All residents must complete their online contract within five days of selecting or being notified of their room assignment. All students should print a copy of their contract to present at check-in.
Cancellation
New incoming freshmen, transfer and graduate students who wish to cancel their assignment/contract must submit their request in writing using the form below. Cancellation requests must be received by the Housing Office no later than June 30, 2008. Students who cancel will be refunded the prepayment fee.
