Once you've completed same room signup / Lottery, you have 5 days in which to complete your electronic housing contract online at www.housing.vcu.edu. Completing this online contract guarantees your assignment; if you fail to sign the contract, whithin 5 days of receiving your assigment, you will forfeit your assigned space.

You may cancel your 2008-09 housing assignment/contract by March 31, 2008 with out penalty. Cancellations are not permitted after that date. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions noted on the Housing Web site at www.housing.vcu.edu.
