What about VCU’s library facilities?
The VCU Libraries is the third largest research library in Virginia — advancing teaching, learning and research at VCU with a comprehensive collection of digital and print materials and outstanding physical facilities and computer resources for individual or group study.
VCU has two libraries:

Together the libraries hold more than 1.7 million print volumes, 3 million microforms, 10,200 digital and print serials, access to 10,000 additional digital titles, and more than 30,000 multimedia titles. The Tompkins-McCaw Library has the largest medical collection in the state and outstanding electronic access to the latest in life sciences information and research. Cabell Library houses one of the largest book art collections in the Southeast and the largest popular culture and comic art collections in the state.

Students enjoy expanded study space, a coffee bar and “cyberlounges.”
